basis. We offer several ways to facilitate the payment for our economic

Both listed and over-the-counter

Listed orders can also
be placed directly with the Bear Stearns block desk in New York at (212)
272-5491. When placing orders, please specify that it is for the credit
of Barrington Research.
In either case, the Bear Stearns traders handling our orders are in
the same trading area as all the other Bear Stearns institutional block
traders.
Or, if you prefer, you can
trade through any regional Bear Stearns institutional desk and direct
a portion of your orders for the "credit of Barrington Research - Office
504."
Barrington Research may
also be involved or designated in corporate underwritings. Technically,
we are placed in the selling group for the amount of the designation
and receive the selling group concession. How cooperative the lead underwriter
will be depends on the nature of the deal, the size of your overall
designation and your relationship with them.
